Well, the relatively concise BibTeX docs do explain this point rather
clearly. Next time, please, try just a little reading first.
Anyway, the point is this: most bib styles reduce the titles to all lower
case. To protect certain letters (such as proper-noun initial letters) or
even words or acronyms against this, just eclose them in a {} pair. For
example:
title = "Second Quantisation of the {D}irac Equation and {QED}",
will then typically appear as
Second quantisation of the Dirac equation and QED
